If you have delinquent taxes, a payment plan may be set up with the Tax Assessor-Collector.
If you are over 65 or disabled, a Quarter Payment Plan may be entered into before February 1st of each tax year.
A Quarter Payment Plan may be set up in February, however, penalty and interest will be added to the first payment

Tax payments made by 12:00 (midnight) on the last day of any month will be honored as having not accumulated penalty, interest or attorney fees for the following month. Tax payments made by 12:00 (midnight) on January 31st of a given year for the current year's taxes will be posted as ON TIME payments, without penalty or interest, unless the account in question is part of an ongoing delinquent tax suit where attorney fee penalties may have already attached.
Payments made by credit card will be posted within 24 hours (allowing for weekends and holidays) of the Tax Office receiving notification from NET Data that your payment has been authorized. Be advised that NET Data does charge a non-refundable convenience fee (2.95%) for each transaction. Please note the amount of the fee before completing the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, please make note of the payment confirmation or receipt number provided by NET Data.
There is a $30.00 administrative charge for on-line payments dishonored or reversed by your financial institution.
