If you have delinquent taxes, you may be eligible to set up a payment plan with the Tax Assessor-Collector.

If you are over 65, disabled, or a disabled veteran or their surviving spouse, a Quarter Payment Plan may be entered into before March 1. If the first instalment of the plan is paid by January 1, there will not be penalties and interest; however, if the first instalment is not paid until February, penalty and interest will be added to the first payment. This plan will need to be set up each year.

You may contact the Orange County Tax Office at 409-882-7971 option 2 to inquire about the different options available.
